Refund Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• This is your first refund request for AISTRYX
• The license key has not been reported for abuse or policy violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@aistryx.com with:

• Your order email address
• Your license key (or partial key)
• The reason for your refund request (optional, helps us improve)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, the refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days, purchases are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience significant technical issues that we cannot resolve, please contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

License Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be revoked and can no longer be used to activate the Software. Any existing activations will be deactivated.
