1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISTRYX software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, 5N6 Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AISTRYX for personal or commercial trading analysis purposes.

• Annual licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Each license may be activated on up to 3 machines simultaneously
• Licenses are non-refundable after 30 days (see Refund Policy)

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share, transfer, or sublicense your license to others
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms

4. Disclaimer

AISTRYX is a trading analysis tool and does not provide financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. 5N6 Software is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5N6 Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

6. Updates and Changes

5N6 Software may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
